I hope this message finds that all is well with all of our soccer friends in Sweden. Everyone is fine here.
On the soccer front, the Palm Harbor University High School (PHUHS) Boys team won another state championship last night with a 3 0 win over Auburndale. Based on what I read in the newspaper, the boy scored twice just before the half which probably totally demoralized Auburndale. They scored an insurance goal midway through the 2nd half to make it 3 - 0. This was a special victory because both the PHUHS boy and girls soccer teams won state championships this year. That doesnt happen very often.
Andreas, Jens, and Emil know some of the boys on this years' championship team. They were freshman (1st year high school) the year they spent at PHUHS. Some are also Nighthawks.
Countryside, which is playing in a different class this year, won last night 1 0 putting them in state final for their class tonight.
